|Description||This is the first amendment to the original interlocal agreement, which provides training to child care providers in Washoe County about including children with disabilities in their child care settings through either formal training at Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) or informal on-site assistance that is provided by early intervention consultants. Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS) provides comprehensive evaluations, intervention, services, and support to families in Northeast Nevada with children between the ages of birth to three years who meet Nevada's eligibility requirements for developmental delay. This amendment revises consideration language to include the phrase "or the annual approved budget, whichever is less", decreases the maximum amount from $1,092,140 to $1,049,334 and adds Attachment C - Budget.|
