|Description||This is the second amendment to the original contract, which will assure continuity of services on multiple mission-critical, data-driven marketing operations for the Nevada Commission on Tourism (NCOT), including promotion of the state as a tourism destination in the critical online environment; efficient collection and processing of customer responses across all media channels, fulfilling all material requests; and communicating with responders via email for optimal conversion to actual travel results and resulting tax revenues - all of which are inherently dependent on our robust, unique, intelligent CRM database platform. This amendment extends the termination date from June 30, 2011 to June 30, 2013 and increases the maximum amount from $4,882,750 to $7,282,027 to continue these needed services.|
